When it comes to heavy usage, the Alto-Shaam series of one, two, and three drawer warmers meets the challenge with a drawer front that puts the handle across the full width of the drawer. As a matter of fact, the handle is part of the drawer front — bent, shaped, and smoothed so there is no separate piece to fall off, dent, or become difficult to grab in a hectic kitchen environment. Available in standard width of 24-3/4 inches, the model comes equipped with a standard, full-size pan per drawer. Standard width drawers can be adapted to hold an optional oversized pan. Plus, a dual wattage control on the one and two drawer, 120V units provides more precise control of hard-to-hold products.
