Fits on most standard commercial ranges. All griddles are 1-1/2” deep. The cool spots are inherent when spanning 2 or more burners, this problem is lessened with the use of these griddles. The griddles are designed for most standard ranges. The MC models are not recommended for French top or Induction ranges.
