Hot food carving shelf is heated from the shelf base and is suitable for placement on any surface or on top of a Halo Heat cook and hold oven or holding cabinet.

100-HSL/BCS-2S includes 2 adjustable heat lamps, sneeze guard, and cutting board with gravy lane. 18 gauge stainless steel finish holds up to a 60 pound roast
