Alto Shaam Hot Carving Shelf 1 Lamps w/ Sneeze Guard

Hot food carving shelf is heated from the shelf base and is suitable for placement on any surface or on top of a Halo Heat cook and hold oven or holding cabinet.

100-HSL/TMS has 1 adjustable heat lamp, sneeze guard, and cutting board with gravy lane. 18 gauge stainless steel finish holds up to a 40 pound (27 kg) roast.
