Market Forge Commercial Eco-Tech Counter-top Steamer

The Market Forge Eco-Tech is a single-compartment counter top steamer with an electrically powered open steam generator.  It provides the power of a full-size convection steamer in a convenient, compact size that fits on your counter.  The Eco-Tech requires no hard plumbing for water feed or drain.  The Eco-Tech has no boiler which eliminates the need for frequent deliming.  The steam generator is self contained within the cooking cavity, making it easy for daily cleaning.  Just add 2-1/2 gallons of fresh water and in minutes the Eco-Tech is ready to go.  The Eco-Tech comes standard with a removable drip trough and drain pan, power saver mode switch, steam & hold capability and 4" adjustable feet.

• Cooking compartment is fully insulated to retain heat and has slam action, field reversible door constructed of 300 series stainless steel, and is equipped with a door interlock (switch) that cuts power to the heater when the door is opened. 
• Eco-Tech comes standard with a 60-minute timer, on-off switch, and a power saver mode switch.
• Generators are rated a 6 KW at full power and 4 KW in the power saver mode. 
• Generators include removable heating element, hi-limit cutoff, and a manual valve that drains the water from the generator into a removable 4” deep drain pan.
