Their “Jet Air” oven moves the air in one direction for 2.5 minutes then stops for 20 seconds and then moves in the other direction for 2.5 minutes. This creates a gentle velocity of air flow for exceptional baking results. This system will help you bake more evenly and efficiently without having to turn your pans at half of the baking time.
