 The Imperial Salamander Broiler with the Infra-red burner, individual left and right gas controls and a protective screen are options for the Imperial line of restaurant ranges.

• Gas-fired 35,000 BTU/hr infra-red burner provides instant, even heating and features an adjustable gas valve.
• Broiler grid is spring balanced and it raises and lowers with positive locking in four positions
• Grid rack assembly rolls out a full 10” for easy loading and unloading
• Large capacity broiler pan fits under the 405 sq. in. broiler grid and can be easily removed for cleaning.
• Range Mounting: can be mounted on all Imperial Elite Restaurant Ranges using optional heavy-duty reinforcement channels that fit existing back-guards
