Imperial 12 Burner Commercial Restaurant Range w/ Standard Ovens
The first thing you will notice about the Imperial Range is the professional look. Heavy grade stainless steel wraps this range from the top shelf and backguard down to the kickplate, plus both sides. This not only gives that top quality look, it helps hold the heat inside of the unit where it belongs. It also provides added weight...added strength...and the endurance to stand up in a high production kitchen. All seams are welded and polished. There are a minimal number of exposed screws to prevent grease build-up. Even our legs are professional quality, with non-marking feet that come standard with every restaurant range.
The most distinctive feature is the PyroCentric burner. PyroCentric....because of its center flame. When you get right down to it, its all about evenly heating a pan. This dual flame is perfect for doing just that. From a full 25,000 BTU flame to a gentle 7,000 BTU simmer, the chef is in complete control...no hot spots, no matter what the heat level.
The Imperial oven is designed for even heating. The 26" depth increases heat movement which keeps temperatures even and consistent throughout the oven. This is also the perfect size for sheet pans to be used in either direction. The oven door is porcelainized on all internal surfaces. This is not only easy to clean, it provides better browning than a reflective metallic surface.
A uniquely designed heat deflector and baffle system direct heat into the oven cavity and keep it there. Imperial's design uses heavy grade metals to eliminate warpping and sagging; keeping heat moving in a consistent pattern.
