Duke Commercial Electric Convection Oven

Duke convection ovens have better cooking performance than the competition with less energy input (40,000 BTU vs. 50,000 or 60,000 for other gas ovens).

With 4 inches more cavity height with the same exterior height as the competition you get more room for your money. There are coved corners in the cavities, with no seams on the bottom. This makes cleaning a snap

The E series ovens have stainless steel fronts with painted exterior sides and top. Five racks and 9 rack positions, with 50/50 independent stainless steel doors with glass in both doors as standard.

Duke has a 10-year door warranty, along with the standard products warranty for coverage well beyond other manufacturers.
