The Bloomfield commercial coffee pot is made of durable UDEL non-absorbant polysulfone and stainless steel construction for heavy duty use.  The teardrop shape is a better fit for a warmer plate and easier to clean.  The scuplted thumb rest delivers better control while pouring.
