The all-purpose "raised rail" Deli/Pizza Prep Table with "Cold Air Blanket" assures that condiments in open containers are held below 41F and above freezing.  It eliminates any chance of freezing product with lids open or closed and prevents unsanitary defrosting associated with cold wall, refrigerated rails.

• Self-closing doors on cam lift hinges with 120° stay open feature for easy product loading
• Refrigerated pan opening provides even pan temperature
• Insulated lids to ensure constant temperature and reduced energy consumption
• Raised refrigerated pan rail accommodates 6” deep food service pans and provides even pan temperature plus prevents food spillage into cabinet interior
