Anvil’s sandwich press is designed to grill sandwiches uniformly on both sides. It can also be used as a griddle for steak, tomatoes, bacon, etc. This unit is designed to operate consistently between 15 and 24 hours a day. The non-stick grill plate does away with the need for seasoning and aluminum foil.
