Amerikooler utilitzes a state-of-the-art insulation, AK-Green DOT 225 Ultra Hi-Density EPS in all its walk-in coolers and freezer. Insulating properties are measured by R-value which measures the amount of heat resistance a material has. The higher the R-value and the longer it remains constant, the greater the heat resistance. AK-Green DOT 225 EPS Ultra Hi-Density EPS guarantees its Design R-value of 5.5/in for 20 years! Other insulations including urethane will begin to loose R-value in as little as 180 days from manufacture. Simply put, AK-Green DOT 225 Ultra Hi-Density EPS has the same R-value at the time of manufacturing from day 1 to 20 years guaranteed.

AK-Green DOT 225 Ultra Hi-Density EPS gives you more R-value for your dollar$. You will not experience any energy use increases because it guarantees its short term and long term thermal resistance to remain constant for 20 years. Urethane insulation increases the energy cost. It does not hold temperatue, the compressor works harder and increases your energy dollar$ spent.

Each Amerikooler walk-in freezer is custom made to order.

Within 2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a CAD drawing of your box for your approval. Changes to door placement and hinging can be made at this time at no additional cost. Other changes may add additional cost to your order. Once you have approved the drawing, your box will be placed into production. Any changes to your order at this time may delay your order and will incur additional charges that must be paid in full prior to production continuing. Standard production time is approximately 12 business days from the date of approval. Your box will ship out as soon as completed. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

Our customer service department is ready to help you with any freight damage/shortages or warranty issues after the sale. For any freight damage or shortages, just note the damage/shortage on the delivery receipt and contact us. First, we will work with the factory to have replacement panels shipped to you. Then WE will deal with the freight company so you don�t have to!
