Each Amerikooler walk-in cooler is custom made to order. 

Within 2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a CAD drawing of your box for your approval.  Changes to door placement and hinging can be made at this time at no additional cost.  Other changes may add additional cost to your order.  Once you have approved the drawing, your box will be placed into production.  Any changes to your order at this time may delay your order and will incur additional charges that must be paid in full prior to production continuing.  Standard production time is approximately 12 business days from the date of approval.  Your box will ship out as soon as completed.  Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

Our customer service department is ready to help you with any freight damage/shortages or warranty issues after the sale.  For any freight damage or shortages, just note the damage/shortage on the delivery receipt and contact us.  First, we will work with the factory to have replacement panels shipped to you.  Then WE will deal with the freight company so you don’t have to!
