Alto Shaam Cook and Hold Oven

Two separately controlled oven compartments enclosed in one exterior cabinet. Manual, adjustable cook thermostat, hold thermostat and twelve-hour cooking timer. Oven exterior is standard .040" stucco aluminum. Holds 120 pounds maximum per compartment. 5" heavy duty casters are included.

• Stainless steel wire shelves, side racks, and drip pans are removable for easy cleaning.
• Oven includes external drip tray with removable pan and one set of 5” heavy duty casters—(2ea) rigid, and (2ea) swivel with brake.
• Equipped with a voltage conversion switch, located on the back of the oven, for voltage selection (208 V.A.C. to 240 V.A.C.) at time of installation.
