The Champion griddle line by APW Wyott has the durability and exceptional performance you are looking for.  Champion Griddles are built to last...they are made with 3/4" steel plate that is fully welded to the steel base.  The high output gas burners of the APW Wyott countertop manual gas griddle generate 25% more BTU’s than others it is class.  It provides fast recovery and the ability to handle a variety of foods.
